I have been the lead organizer and conference coordinator for the 1st Annual Visuality and Cultural Literacy Conference, the 3rd Annual Department of Cultural Analysis and Theory Graduate Student Conference, and the Symposium on Affect, Politics, and New Perspectives on Chinese and Diaspora Cinema.
I am currently on the Conference Organizing Committee for the 4th New Creative Praxis in Film and Television: Hybrid Futures of Gender Equality Conference. This online event is scheduled for May 6-7, 2022, and hosted by the Department of Film and Television at Istanbul Bilgi University in Turkey.
